“Product arrived in a appropriate time based on when I placed my order even though they were very busy and advised there might be a delay on orders, the only thing I could fault was that my fitting was missing a screw from the flow control fitting but once advised I had a new fitting sent to me within 2 days, I was happy that this was rectified and I had the new part within a couple of days so I could use my new hose reel”
