“Based on previous reviews, the hose reel seemed like just what we needed, and it works OK,certainly no leaks, but it is very heavy. I'm a fit and active 50yo, but it does take some effort to get it unrolled to the full 20m. Disappointed as I've used lighter ones in work contexts and thought for this price this one would be at least as easy. Would not recommend for people looking for ease of use.”
