“This product has been a fantastic replacement for our old hose and reel. I don't have any hose reels falling over anymore slowly breaking further apart each time. Nor do I have any leaks allowing me to water the back yard and garden without feeling like I've had a shower! So glad we bought it. My only criticism would be is that it doesn't retract as easily as advertised. My family members tend to have a bit of trouble getting the last metre or so in.”
