“I am very happy with the hose reel and accessories that I purchased however after just one use the following day I found the hand held sprayer on the ground and not attached to the hose, after further inspection I found that the swivel type connector had snapped off internally. Fortunately I was able to unscrew the broken connect from the sprayer and screw in a connector from anther fitting that I had purchased, so I am still able to use the product. Apart from that faulty connector I am very happy with your products and service.”
