“I originally ordered a 20 meter retractable hose reel for my front garden as my wife had trouble uncoiling our hose and recoiling it again when she had finished using it. I also bought another mounting plate to mount it on the back wall of our house so that I could change it around. “Finally convinced myself in getting a hose link retractable hose reel after a long thought. Being a second hose reel in the house, this is so much easier and nicer to use compared to another one I had at the backyard. The hose feels so much lighter to pull and retract. There is not a time the hose got stuck or jammed. Whereas for the other (competitor brand), I have to use a lot more strength to pull and retract, and it would get stuck if I'm not careful. Definitely recommend it to anyone though it costs a little more :)”
