“Highly recommend this product. Recoils perfect. When retracting, you can stop the hose when ever you want. You do not have to wait for the clicks like a normal reel. Bracket that comes with reel is easy to fix to wall. Fixings come with it! I have two of these reels, 1 x 30mtr and 1 x 20mtr. I purchased additional wall brackets so if you are mounting this hose reel at the corner of the house, you can lift hose reel and re-mount on other corner. Fantastic product!
