“Not only is hose link a great product bit the customer service. I ordered a 20m reel that didn't retract so I made the call and hoselink paid for shipping to sent it back to be repaired. On return of the reel it still didn't retract properly so I called again, explained my situation and they were more than happy to send out another 20m retractable hose reel free of charge. Great product and great people and aussie made and owned. How can you go wrong with that.”
