“I have now purchased 2 of these reels for use by residents in our aged care facility in our raised garden areas which are dedicated to resident gardening. The reels are easy to use, the retractable hose is an added safety for residents and is very beneficial in assisting with falls prevention. We have found that the reels can be used by all residents with an interest in gardening even those with walking aids. The only other comment regarding the latest purchase was that at the time of order a free cover was advertised if purchased by end of October (I think) and I did not receive that with my order.”
