“Having purchased the retractable hose and wall fitiings I set about mounting it on my wall. However I found that the holes on the plastic mount did not match to the morter between the bricks The bricks were to hard to drill so I had to make up a wood plate between the plastic mount and the wall. Once I had it up and working my wife and I could not think why we did not purchase this item years ago. No more hose to trip over no more looking for the sprinkler head it is just so much better. “I had watched the adds for this product for quite some time but, due to its cost I was hesitant even though the engineering principles were sound. Being in the Country, I require several hoses around the place and I found myself forever replacing split hoses or broken connections, joiners appeared to be my best friend. When I worked out how much I had actually spent over the previous two years on replacement hoses, connectors and joiners, and having seen one installed at a nearby property, I decided to take the plunge and purchase one of these 20Mtr units after requesting a catalogue on the easy to use website. It arrived safely and very quickly at our general store (there is no mail delivery where I live). With my portable drill I found it very easy to install the swivel point on one of my verandah posts and the unit quite manageable to lift into position. The ease of which I can extend or retract as much hose as I require saves that massive effort I used to have emptying out and rolling up the old hoses before mowing. My next move will be to install a longer unit and several more swivel points around the other side of the house.
