“Our water supply is supplied thru a creek for outside use in the garden etc Before purchasing the rewind hose we used 18mm hose and sprinkler head The retractable mechanism on the auto rewind is excellent and the couplings also excellent but we find over twenty meter the water flow on the 12mm hose has a much less carrying capacity Never the less we are quite happy with our purchase of the smaller diameter hose”

“The hose reel is as described. Easy to install and very easy to use. The auto rewind feature is fantastic. No need to sit there and try to pack up the hose. One slight tug and it rewinds all by itself. Easy & fantastic to use. The attachments are easy to use and change and have not popped off with use. Can't wait for warmer weather so I can use my hose reel. Rain, rain go away!!”
