“I have 2 x 30m and 1 x 20m reel which I have had for some time. Unfortunately the 20 m reel's main spring finally called it a day, so I ordered a new one as wmy wife and I love the product. The replacement reel had an extension and retraction problem on first usage, so I contacted Hoselink who promptly sent me a new reel plus Aust Post return sticker for the faulty reel. The new reel arrived within days and works as it should. Great service from Hoselink whose staff were friendly, professional and efficient.”
“OK once I received it and repaired it.It had been screwed together with the two sides misaligned, crushing the lips of the joining pieces.I can't send an image here, so I'll send it with the email Hoselink sent. See them If you want to include it.I don't recommend it because you can get a similar product from the local Hardware outlet that you can eyeball before you buy.”
“I love my Hoselink gear. I grow bonsais and that means lots of watering. 5 years ago my wife gave me a 30 metre reel as a present. It went up in our back garden and saves me a lot of time and effort. I have just added a 20 metre reel in the front garden and it saves space compared to the old manual reel and is much gentler on my aging back. It has the added benefit of making car washing much easier. I have recently added some more accessories and each is well made and easy to use.”
