“I bought this product for a christmas present for my dad.. He found one joint was leaking but it only required the hose to be pushed onto the spigot further and the connection tightened. He uses the hose for watering the garden and washing dust etc from almost everything and loves the quality of the triggered outlet. The retractable mechanism is very strong and of high quality and he has not complained about a kinked hose.
