“I have been very pleased with my product. I am so happy my friends had told me about hoselink. It is so easy to move around just lift and go. I move mine from the front to the back yard of my unit, when watering is required. I only need one hose and it is stored securely in the backyard, when not in use. The 20m size is great for me, plenty to get to all the places I need to. And the colour blends very well with my brick work. The online shopping was so easy and delivery was very prompt. “Hi All, I am one of those personalities thats need order and my traditional hose was not orderly. I was aware of HoseLink from radio adds and after losing my cool one Sunday after constant blow offs, kinks and spider webs in my manual reel I finally Googgled hoselink and placed my order. It arrived Tuesday, I fitted it Friday and it has turned out to be everything they promise. I use the full 20m length and it rewinds perfectly everytime. I also use both nozzels and constantly change between them. I need to order a new connector to make changing faster but as is still not a problem. It is well made, ruggered and has the feel of quality. I know its just a hose but it has made my life easier in the garden, washing cars, cleaning deck,etc...I am after a pressure washer this year and when I can afford it I doubt I will look elsewhere. “I purchased this item as a gift and it broke one of the first times being used, there should be a ball etc that prevents the hose from coming out further than it should. From 20 metres away you cant see the tape on the hose to know its at its limit. The suggestion from the (friendly) staff was to pull out the entire length and then walk down the back with it, I believe this is defeating the purpose. Never the less, it was replaced and all staff have been very friendly and more than willing to assist with our problems.”
