“This hose and reel was given to me by my children for Christmas. It is the second one for me so I now have one front and back of me home. I find the product every bit as good as it was advertised to be. The best feature is that it dose not leak at the tap or the outlet. So good is the connections that I need to double check that I turn off the tap after use. I have on occasions left it on for days at a time but still no leaks even on hot days. The after sale service is very good. I was sent Stainless Steal screws to replace some that had rusted in the reel casing. I had not noticed them rusting and was presently surprised when they turned up in the mail.”
