“Delivery was prompt even though it was just before Christmas. Instructions were adequate but installation was easy anyway. I can find no fault at all with this system. The auto rewind is terrific as is the swivelling reel case. You merely walk away with the hose and it follows whatever direction you take. Rewinding is a snack. The hose is automatically spread evenly on the spool as it rewinds. Effortless! Overall, a very good product that I can happily reccomend to all.”
