“Hi. We already have a 20m reel in use and love it. I bought another one at Xmas time. Have not unboxed it yet. However, I do have one reservation about the units which I am seeking advice on. Once the hose is pulled out to about 10-15 metres or so, it gets to be a bit of a hard tug. I was just wondering if given a certain distance pulled out of the reel, would the 25 or 30 metre reels actually be easier? Or is it the case that they all take pretty much exactly the same effort for a given amount of hose pulled out? Reason I ask is that the new one I am putting in will need to be pulled out a fair way quite a bit. Any comments greatly appreciated. Very best regardsNoelBendigo0409 182 952”
“Didn't work properly from the first day because the hose guide came off and it wouldn't retract.Fixed it after several phone calls and videos.I thought as these were suppose to be the best they would at least check them before sending them out.Now it's started to not retract all the way always stops with half a meter to go.Something is not right, will see how it goes.”
