“After having purchased our initial hose reel at the beginning of the year we were very disappointed in its function. My wife had great difficulty in unwinding the reel and locking it in position. During my initial enquiry as to a possible fault a number of suggestions were made to try and sort out the problem. When this failed to make a difference I was informed that a new hose reel (new and modified design) would be sent out as soon as available, with an approximate delivery time. I received this the day after the promised date. What excellent helpful service I received from your staff. And the new reel is fantastic. My wife loves it! It is a great shame that in this day and age that more companies cannot take a leaf out of Hoselinks book and carry out their business in a like manner (rather than often the complete opposite!) I have done and will continue to put the Hoselink name out there. A great many thanks and have a wonderful Christmas.”
