“I bought this hose reel for the back yard and it is a great product. Very easy to install with good instructions. I was a little sceptical that it would be as good as advertised but it was as good as that and more. Easy to pull out and return, the hose layering system works flawlessly and the hose connectors are fantastic. After using this product I changed the rest of the hose fittings around the house to the Hoselink system and I'm planning to get a hose reel for the front of the house. “I experienced difficulty when I purchased my first auto rewind hose reel. After numerous attempts to coax the extension and rewind options I contacted Hoselink who were sympathetic to my dilemma and provided me with various remedies and suggestions, all to no avail. I subsequently advised Hoselink of my inability to master the problem. Hoselink were again sympathetic and understanding in my circumstances. I was advised to return the Auto rewind hose reel and was provided with the necessary Aust Post mailing vouchers. After only a few days Hoselink contacted me by phone. Their service consultant advised that in fact there was a problem with this particular reel's extension and retrieval mechanism. The consultant was courteous and eager to be of assistance. He further advised that I was to be the first recipient of Hoselinks latest model Auto Rewind Hose Reel. My new reel arrived promptly. “I have been very impressed with our Hoselink purchase. The housing and quality of the equipment is excellent. The hose retracts easily and quickly and because it is up off the ground it is safe for elderly people. Pulling the hose out of the housing is a little heavy for a seventy year old but I can cope. Undoing the nozzle section is quick and it snaps securely back into place. I wish we could afford a second Hoselink for the other side of our house. It has been our best buy for the garden.”
