“Found this to be the best I have ever tried. The reason is I have had different products and after a short period of time they either broke or just plane refused to rewind. But my experience with the HOSELINK product has been quite refreshing. The reason I state this is that after a period of nearly 12 months it began to leak internally so I rang HOSELINK head office and spoke to a very helpful person whose name eludes me at the moment. Anyway he offered some suggestions which proved to be not the problem, so I contacted him again and seeing it was still under waranty a replacement was organized without any further questions. I was stunned never have I experienced such help in all my life with any product and pleased to say the replacement has never looked like giving me any more trouble.
