“Product is great.. Have purchased over 5 Hose Reels over the years. But last Hose Reel arrived faulty. Rubber belt was detached inside and Hose was not retracting correctly. Managed to fix it myself.”
“Disappointing. This is my second Hoselink retractable hose. The first one is great, that’s why I bought another. However, the new one appears to be made of inferior materials. The recoil mechanism is much weaker and needs to be ‘fed’ back into the housing. The spray gun that now comes included is obviously a pretty crappy cost-saving exercise, compared to the original. Poor form, Hoselink. Would I recommend it? Yes, but buy the ‘old’ (green) spray gun.”
