“I am a bit disappointed with this Hose Reel.The mounting was difficult on a weatherboard wall as the running studs are vertical The wall bracket should have been in a veritcal shape, would have made the installing a lot easier. To rewind the hose I have problems as the rewinder stops all the time. I had to pull the hose completely out to make at running back. The quality of the Hose Reel is real good, including the connectors. I an still also using an other auto rewind Hose Real putchased at Bunnings abt 10 years ago. was a lot cheaper than this one and I had never problems with rewinding.”
“I bought this product for my parents as they have to hand water their gardens each day, and I thought it would be a useful Christmas gift. They live in western NSW (Nyngan) where it is extremely hot. After reading the instructions, I'm not sure it will be of much use as it states in the brochure that you shouldnt leave it in the sun. So they are now think ing of obtaining some sort of cover for it, which will end up costing them money, which I feel guilty about.”
