“Thank you for giving me an opportunity to talk to you I recently called Hoselink and spoke to a most helpful person I explained that I had purchased two retractable hose reels historically and that both had failed owing to retracting mechanism failure. I was informed that the two reels were in fact quite old and I agreed to purchase another unit and I was most satisfied with the outcome and the bonus free package most welcome. I have since realised after installation that I received a twenty meter unit and cannot get to my bird baths and things. I felt sure that I ordered a thirty meter unit as the previous hose reels did allow me to get to my garden boundary. Any way my dilemma is do I engage a Plummer to adjust my garden plumbing Or can I get a longer hose link hose reel I was sure my purchase was concluded thinking that I had acquired the longest model Thanking you in anticipation Paul julier Byron bay 0418444442”
