“I love I can grab the hose when I need it for small jobs as at other watering times. I also appreciate a much easier way to get the hose off the ground and tidied away to prevent it becoming a trip hazard.”

Hi Abdul,Thanks for taking the time to give your feedback.We recently changed the spray gun which is included with the hose reels as it's more lightweight and has improved flow. It also doesn't have a trigger and therefore doesn't need servicing like the other style does.
