“Very great quality from a reputable brand. It has some well thought out design features such as plugs for the cover screws [other hose reels can fail in these locations due to weathering]. It was nice to see the sleeve mount fitted straight into our existing mount. The custom fittings seal very well, though, inter compatibility between other fittings is not possible. Long term, it will be interesting to see the durability of the casing for the main mount sleeve? All the other brands that we have tried have failed within or just over two years.”
