“Great hose and reel. Retracts perfectly. Only complaint is I had to buy another one because the shut off vavle on the hose burst the seal where the screw goes in the side. Could not fix it. Rang up and explained the problem and the said he would send me another one as they normally don't do that. I thanked him but explained I have never been able to fit another connection even though I have followed the YouTube instructions to the T. So I purchased another whole reel as I have purchased other hosesin the past as I have a disability and cannot fit new connections. The new one is working fine so far”
“The reel was easy to install and seems of excellent quality which justifies the higher price of some others on the market. The tension was a little strong initially but by fully extending and leaving extended overnight it is now able to be used easily by my wife.As I have only had it a few weeks I cannot make judgement on it's long term durability but I have confidence that it is at the top end of the retraction hose reels on the market. I intend buying a 30 metre reel in the near future as well”
