“This and the Auxiliary Connection Kit was the 1st Hoselink product purchased. Ordering was easy, delivery quick and install easy with the very clear instructions. Only issue was: both products were purchased at the same time - but came in different deliveries without real clarity that this was what happens. Maybe consolidate the orders?”
“We have purchased 2 now. This one isn’t retracting fully like the other one. It needs jiggling for it to return. Disappointed but I don’t really want to go to the hassle of returning it.”

If there's only a short piece of hose not retracting, this can probably be a really easy fix at home and you won't need to return the units. “Really good product and better and more efficient than any hose previously used.. However sometimes the hose won't retract when only pulled out a short distance. No huge problem, I just pull out more hose and then start retraction again.I like to use a cloth on my hands when retracting hose as it helps remove grit and water before it goes back in its housing. Great follow up re customer service.”
