“This time, the Hoselink reel cover was not only easy to use and remove but also a perfect fit. Thank you for responding so efficiently to my review of the faulty one sent to me earlier! However, we now have another problem with which we'd appreciate advice. The reel inside the reel box seems to be broken so that the hose will no longer retract by more than half its length. Do you have spare parts for these as well as instructions on how to make a repair? Or will I have to buy another self-retracting hose reel? Regards, Jo”
Hi Ken, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. After checking our warehouse system the cover is showing it should have been packed inside the hose reel box.
