“Not a good experience. The cover does not fit properly over the hos reel. The zip provided is useless as zipping it is impossible. Very disappointed I in this product and wasting my money.”

“We now have 3 retracting reels, and the first one (about 4 yrs old) still nearly looks as good as the newest, thanks to it's cover. Very good protection from sun and weather. If your reel is permanently in place, I recommend getting the cover to suit.”
“I purchased the cover to protect my hose reel from the sun. The last hose reel I had still worked OK but was badly faded from the sun and It looked terrible..The cover fits well and looks good. When it starts to age I will replace it with another cover. Changing the cover is a lot cheaper than replacing the hose reel.”
“Unfortunately I purchased the wrong size for my hose (purchased hose and cover on same order).For the price I would have expected customer service to pick up on the error. Now I have a cover I can’t use and as I threw the packaging away I guess I am stuck with it.Will purchase the right one when they go in sale.”
