“I recently purchased a new cover for my hose reel which on receipt found I had ordered a cover which was too small. I telephoned Hoselink to ask if I could return it and purchase a larger size. Hoselink lady advised that she would send the size I really need and for me not to return the cover I had I had previously purchased and she would send the correct size no charge. What a terrific company they are to do this. I wish to thank them for their service to a customer.”
