“I ordered the cover by phone, the experience was excellent. Postage was fast, very happy with everything. My old cover took the brunt of years if UV rays, protecting the hose reel itself. I highly recommended the product and the Hoselink company.”
“I have 4 hose reels, 2 x 12mm and 2x14mm hoses. All of the covers have failed badly in the past and my most recent order for 2 more was to replace the some of the replacement covers, I'm on the second covers. The only reason I only bought 2 this time was that I had placed hessian bags over the other 2 as an experiment. The covers are not really suited to the Australian conditions. They first change colour and then go brittle and fall apart leaving the top of the hose reel exposed to the sun and weather. It just disintegrated as I tried to take it off to put the new one on. I contacted Hoselink by phone about the original failures and was told the then new replacement covers had been improved. However, my experience with the first replacement ones this was not the case they have also failed.”
