“It became necessary to replace our sun damaged hose reel cover. The original cover had protected the unit for 5yrs in a full sun location. I accidentally ordered a cover that was too small. Hoselink staff kindly replaced the cover for the cost of the postage. Very generous as this was my error! I didn't have to return the incorrect cover either. All our garden equipment is Hoselink and we have had a very good working relationship with them, for over 10yrs. Good products and good people.”
