“This is my second hoselink retractable hose I have bought, I now have 1 in the front and 1 in the back garden and I love the product - when I mounted it and tested it, the hose wouldn't lock into place, I was pretty miffed but did a quick search on Google and discovered that this is a common error when hoses are shipped (not just Hoselinks) and the fix is super simple. I took it onto the lawn and from about a foot height, you drop it on the flat side - don't use concrete - worked like a charm and it now runs beautifully !!”
