“Although the lock fits the hole size in the retractable hose reel shaft, albeit as illustrated in the illustrations, i did not realise this when I purchased it. I thought the U shank of the lock would pass through both holes so the security would be better than through one hole. A wider U shank so the lock could pass through both holes would be better. I suggest looking for a wide clasp shank.”
