“This is my second time ordering from hoselink, having thought highly of product, I wanted to use it again at my new property.No issues with installing the wall mount that came with the hoselink reel, but imagine my surprise when I open the packaging for the additional mount only to find the fixtures packet empty, and everything strewn about the wrapping used for shipment. Not only that, there were only 3 wall plugs, and ZERO washers, so any plans to mount it came to screeching halt. Could I go to Bunnings and purchase what I need, yes sure I could, but with the near $400 total order I placed with hoselink, I’d think the least they could do is include what I need. Not too much to ask is it?”

“It would be a good idea to give a choice of spray guns. The one supplied is good for watering the garden but I need one for washing the car and the trigger gun is better for that. Unfortunately I didn’t notice what gun was supplied and now I have to buy the trigger gun separately which will now incur the postage that I could have avoided if I’d bought it the same time as the hose.”
