“Excellent. I had disassembled my hose reel to find where it was leaking. I found the fluid converter had a crack in it. Sent off photo to Hoselink who identified the part & had it in stock. Not knowing how I was going to put it all together again, I found a video on just that. Then when I asked about re-tensioning the hose reel, I was sent instructions on how to make a gadget to do this. I was delighted at the service & information forwarded. When the fluid converter arrived I had the whole assembly successfully done in no time. I compliment the team at Hoselink for their help & service on this issue. It could not have been better. “I was stunned by the customer service experience. I could not have expected better service. I have an out of warranty hose reel with a broken component. When I went to purchase a new one, not only was it sent free of charge and free of postage, but detailed instructions were provided on how to change it. The mechanisms inside these hose reels are more complicated than I expected. Seeing the build quality of the internals, I now understand why the cheaper imported brands just don't last. Replacement parts and support for Chinese brands is usually non existent. It is a great pleasure to support this Australian company especially now that I know the service and support is so good.”
