“Not very good. I had the misconception that hoselink was a cleverly designed, robust irrigation product, So I bought a high volume 25 meter retractable hose for my wife for Christmas. I then went interstate for a 3 month contract. On my return I went to use the hose and discovered it would not retract the last 3 or so meters of hose.When I rang hoselink to complain it was pointed out to me that their is a flimsy, tiny belt used as part of its operation. This belt looks too flimsy to be used to operate such a heavy hose reel. I was given a new hose reel and asked if the problem might be with the longer, high volume hose. But I was told you get very few returns. We will see how this next one works. But I am understandably pessimistic regarding the quality of the product. I return the old one today and would appreciate some feedback on why it failed to perform. Thanks Daniel”
