“Not sure why but we never recieved and screws or anything to attach our hoselink reel so we aren't sure how it works as can't set it up and haven't heard anything back afyer emailing”

“We already ready had the standard 30metre Hose link hose and were very satisfied with it, however we suffer from low water pressure so decided to try the Hi-Flow reel. Unfortunately, we have not noticed a difference with the Hi-Flow and for some reason this hose seems to kink occasionally and does not retract as well as the normal hose. I would recommend sticking with the normal hose”
“I received the wrong length of hose required , and was not told that the extensions when sent, would not wind into the housing affixed to the wall. Also found the bolts were inferior quality and was not advised about some brick walls requiring a different methods to be applied . In my opinion the bolts and plastic inserts were not strong enough for any brick ,as the whole thing collapsed and bent when I first tried to pull out the hose . Luckily I was not injured. .”
