“The hose reel itself is great, easy to pull out and retracts easily too. Feels like great quality and I expect it to last years.Hose connector at the tap has a slow leak, and the sprey head its very clunky to use. Due to the multiple connectors, itsl ike have a 30cm long handle before the flexable hose starts.”
“Hose link are really on the ball as their products arrive very promptly (outstripping normal delivery times by several days). This is the fourth hose reel that I have bought from them and my only criticism is that they used to supply the metal hand gun with the reels. This has been replaced with a plastic version which is nowhere near the same quality. This is a shame as the reels are excellent.”
“Hi, Firstly I'd like to say the product was easy to install and looks good in position. There are some issues though.Can you explain how this is advertised as high flow when it's clearly not. I have confirmed that the water supply is well and truely enough flow and pressure but the hose struggles to perform as it's meant to. I understand 25m of hose is a fair amount of restriction but I'm wondering how bad would the non hi flow hose be. As a plumber, I've fitted these to an apartment building with some people who like to share their opinion. So far complaints about poor flow and one reel is not recoiling properly as it did originally. If there is a flow restrictor fitted, can you please let me know where.RegardsAdam”
