“From the first time we used it it does not retract in unless you stretch the hose back out 4 or 5 times We have only had it 3 weeks . Product looks good but not happy with the way it retracts back in Did not have this issue with the $80 one from bunnings”
“Was torn between 3 and 4 star.Quality of the hose is fantastic, easy to install, wand has great features.However one of the main reasons I went for this hose was for the hi-flow, which unfortunately I noticed no real difference compared to other hoses. I know my house is on the lower side for pressure though.”

“I recently purchased your 25m hi-flow retractable hose and had it replaced due to issues with it not retracting properly. I’m a little frustrated and disappointed that I have to write this to you to tell you that I’m still experiencing the same retractable issues with the replacement. It winds back very slowly and then stops leaving around 1m of hose that cannot be retracted. Whilst I love your products and the good feeling knowing that I’ve purchased from Australian company it’s a little annoying that this problem still continues even after I went through the whole process of having to wait for a replacement and return my original purchase only to be experiencing the same problem.All of your fittings and nozzles work perfectly but it’s just this continued issue that I find extremely frustrating.”
