“What can be said about this company except for bloody WOW!I installed my own reel as per instructions but it fell off the wall within days, I emailed Hoselink to ask if there was anything I had done wrong or if it needed larger longer bolts, they replied with we are going to totally replace the entire unit and you can keep the old one!Bloody amazing result!Sure enough,, the following week there was a completely new unit at the front door!Nothing but praise for this company”
