“We ordered 2 retractables and found one to be excellent and never failed. The second unit was the same product but the spray gun metal housing popped off the back and I had to purchase a small o ring for the inside as the spray functions on the selector failed to work as well. The rewind on that unit was jerky and only recoiled if I turned the water off first. So I guess the assembly of both units was not consistent as they each behaved differently in the same garden. Very happy with one of them which helped us overlook the failings of the other.”
