“I bought two of these for our semi-rural block. I found them to be of good quality. The fittings are easy to connect/disconnect and do not burst like normal connectors do. The Hi-Flow hose is great as we are in an area with very high pressure. The reels look good but beware that they are quite heavy to move around when the hose is inside them. My only concern at this stage is that they don't sit upright very well when used portably (i.e. away from their mount). One of mine has already become scratched due to falling over on the gravel because of this. They need a flat bottom or feet. I believe their is a risk of the mounting post becoming bent/damaged when in portable mode. Perhaps the post should be on the mount, rather than on the reel? All in in all, a very good product that does what it promises.”

“My only negative about my Hi-Flow 25m Retractable Hose Reel is that I didn't buy one sooner. It has literally transformed the experience of delivering water to a diversity of plants and animals in my huge backyard. It came fully assembled and was simple for a handyman to hang above my tap. It is not long enough to reach right down the back and side of my garden, but the clip on joining system has allowed easy joining of a second hose for the vegetable patches, potato yard and fruit trees. The Premium Spray gun, coupled with a spinkler and long handled spray gun, now make watering a breeze for all these different plants, whilst closer to home, my citrus trees, camelias, rhodedendrons, roses and even my succulent collection are enjoying watering specific to their needs. No longer am I negelecting my fabulous garden through sheer frustration of hoses and their fittings bursting off, just as Tim says in his ads. Best of all my patio is no longer cluttered with unsightly yards of hose, providing a trip hazard lying on the ground. With a garden as big as mine, the hi flow capacity of my retractable hose reel hose has saved me so much time and energy. It has exceeded my expectations. Purchasing it was money well spent.; I cannot recommend this product highly enough!”
