“I love the retractable hose reel. It makes watering the garden a breeze. The 7 function spray gun however didn't meet my expectations. The holes seem to be too small or something, so the volume of water is reduced (& can turn into mist on some functions) and it also sprays in different directions. Apart from the spray gun I am more than happy with the product.”

“No issues with any of the connections so far. I was skeptical on the hi flow as It only came in 25m length at review time. However I'm finding I don't miss the extra 5m I thought I was after and really appreciate the hi flow when soaking the grass after fertilising. Additionally watering the herbs and replenishing the pool is noticeably faster than my old hose. It is heavier to pull out and a bit of a dead weight on the ground compared to thinner hoses. You get used to it. No big deal. No problem with kinking and retracting is easy. I keep a rag on the tap and hold it around the hose while it retracts so no dirt enters the reel and you can control the speed. The links are easy to connect, I was surprised how solid they are even though they are plastic. No leaks. The reel itself is solid, my wife can just manage to move it in and out of the bracket. Overall glad I got it over another cheap hose. I'll be sure to leave another review if it fails as it is a lot of money to spend on hose.”
