“I received my hose from Hoselink without any delay. My order was placed late Wednesday morning (May 4th 2016) and received late afternoon today (May 6th 2016). Excellent customer service! One drawback I have found is that the stainless steel bolts are soft. When the bracket was fixed to a brick wall and the bolts tightened, the head of the bolt became rounded ( I was using a socket wrench for this work). Consequently, two of the bolts have not seated in the plug to their full depth; the bracket is loose at these two points. This will necessitate me cutting the bolts and replacing the bracket. I followed all instructions with respect to drill bit size, required depth of hole.”
