“So satisfied with my purchase of the 30m standard hose-link reel- its durability / build quality and performance- I decided on the 25m hi flow reel for my second purchase from hose-link and it's a decision I've not regretted. With the increased pressure I've cut my watering time down and found the jet washer I received on promo to be even more effective at washing off the back patio where we do so much of our living. With a young family prone to spills, play-doh and paint debacles this is great. I've bought numerous hose reels previously which all perish, jam, retract unevenly or not at all after a time and have hoses that too easily kink. I'm satisfied now I've two reels that will serve my family and home for many years to come- you get what you pay for and in my experience these are certainly worth the money.”

I like to buy Australian owned company products to support our workers, sometimes this has been at the expense of value for money. I am really glad to say that I am very happy with the product quality and design. The retractable hose functions exactly as I'd want and I don't have issues with the hose coiling like other brands I've bought in the past. The attachments are just as strong as the advertisements suggest and don't leak or waste precious water. I would happily recommend this brand and will be buying another for the back yard, when I get around to it. The only suggestion I would make is to increase the size of the hole through the post to allow for large locks (to prevent theft) as most locks with longer shafts tend to be a fraction thicker.”
