This product is fantastic. Best thing since billy invented the cement mixer.

Always dubious of telmarketing or advertising promises, we somewhat nervously purchased the Hoselink but are very happy with the solid construction, manouverable nature of the pivoting arm to allow using the hose in different directions and the promises kept about quality fittings and hose. We will purchase another for our other property now.

Having the retractable hose reel certainly keeps the yard looking tidier when it's not in use. My only suggestion for future improvements would to have alternating colours or metre markings for every five or ten metres of hose. Why? I peer into the hose reel to see how much length I've got left but it's too dark to see. If the colours alternated or the length was marked then I'd have a visual clue by looking at the hose already coming out from the reel

Quality is very high! Does what they say about it! Wouldn't buy anything else.

Once I received these hose reels I immediately noticed the superior quality compared to similar products. It gives me peace of mind to know that the hose is not going to separate from the nozzle and that the hose is going to retract as it should. Very happy customer.

Retractable hoses are great and it's a quality hose, reel and connections. But it's always in the back of my mind that it's pointless having a higher flow hose when the internal hole in the fittings is the same as the normal 12mm hose. Anything gained in the hose is lost in the fittings.
