“You had to send a replacement because of the plastic elbow that goes in the side of the reel from the tap (short hose from tap) .the elbow was broken. Just a suggestion mabye replace the elbcw with a brass one .apart from that we have another 2 reels from hoselink and they are very good . Highly recommend them.( thanks for the great service and replacement. )”
“This is my first retractable hose reel, and the quality speaks for itself. With the hi-flow, it allows me to water the garden quicker than my previous coiled hose, which although it stated was kink free was always kinking and shutting of the water flow. I also like that you can detach the nozzle without having to return to the tap to shut off the waster.”

“Hose was great for the first few weeks. But now The end keeps popping off even under low pressure. It’s unusable. Sent an email to customer “support” 2 weeks ago and still haven’t heard anything back. Had to call them, and was told to cut and modify part of it to make it stronger lol. Pretty average for a premium price hose reel. At least I can’t complain about the customer service, because there isn’t any customer service at all. Also, the valve and the end of the hose doesn’t open all the way, so not getting full pressure.”
