“Our old hoselink unfortunately developed a leak from inside the unit which we were just putting up with but the final straw was when my wife accidentally cut the hose when trimming the English box hedge. We have two units which we bought at the same time about 7 years ago, only the front yard one developed a leak the other one is still going strong. We went online and both colours would have worked at our home, although we were tempted to go grey, my wife loves the beige and black combo. The high flow is perfect for our low water pressure issue. The only thing we would love to see change is the gun. We bought the 7 function spray guns from hoselink at an additional cost because the one that comes with the unit we can’t stand. We would certainly prefer an option to choose the gun that comes with the unit at time of purchase, especially as we now have 4 guns that we have no use for.”
“The connector came off my hose while I was away and thus the pump connected to my tank pumped out all the water. When I asked for help, the support person felt condescending and said I should be turning off at the power, which is the pump and not easily done. I did the things to reattach, including cutting off a piece of the hose, only to have it happen several more times. This is now pretty useless as a hose and just over 16 monts old.”
