“I have significant concerns about the longevity of your hose reels. My last hose reel lasted less than 4 years before the retracting mechanism failed. For light duty residential use, I expect a lot more. This hose reel will be the last that I purchase from Hoselink if this one lasts a similar timeframe.”

“Luckily for that valve before connecting any adapters/hose guns, or it was leaking all the time, the coupling seems to not be able to handle any water pressure. Then today, it just started to spray all around out of that hose gun…It doesn’t retract fully when using just 10-15 meters, so each time need to extract again to have it pulled in completely again.The on/off of the hose gun is a bit of a pain to operate, I preferred a trigger.Disappointed ☹️ Will contact warranty tomorrow first thing.”
“Great product! We are on tank water and our sprinklers have never put our such great water pressure. Easy to install and use. If this is your first purchase make sure you buy the sprinkler conversion kit as well. Have had other hose reels but this is by far the best. Highly recommended”
