“I had previously bought a 30m hose reel from hoselink.com.au and it had served me well for couple of years until one day I had a mechanical issue with it. It was one month out of warranty so I rang Hoselink to ask for some advice on how I might be able to fix it myself. I was NOT expecting anything other than advice. I spoke to Adam and had only just had the chance to tell him my situation when his first words in response were we will treat this as if it's under warranty. I must admit that I was shocked. I was offered a replacement of my current model free of charge or for a small extra payment I could upgrade to the new model that they were receiving in a couple of weeks. Well I opted for the new model which is even easier to use as I can stop the hose at any length as opposed to only being able to stop unreeling it at certain intervals. I also received a small jet sprayer and a metal multi function spray gun which is better quality.
